We use Sicepat Shipping Company (https://www.sicepat.com) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia. SiCepat offers Economical, Regular, and Fast Service. Below you can find the estimated delivery time and type of service from SiCepat.

- Jabodetabek & Bandung: 1-3 Working Days
- Jawa, Bali, & NTT: 3-6 Working Days
- Sumatra, Kalimantan, & Sulawesi: 3-7 Working Days
- Papua: 3-12 Working Days

Domestic rates can be found at https://www.sicepat.com/deliveryFee. The shipping fee may vary based on your location. Free shipping (maximum IDR 20.000) applies for a minimum purchase of IDR 500.000 or above. If shipping fee above IDR 20.000 customer have to pay the the balance of shipping fee.

Can I ship my order internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses that are located within Indonesia.

What if my package is late or lost?

If your order hasn't arrived, please call the carrier and allow one additional business day past the delivered scan, or one additional business day after your shipping time frame. If your package still has not arrived, please contact our customer care team from Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm WIB.
